Rev. Valerie Anne Strickert joined the ministry team at Bethel in June 2009. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, “Pastor Anne” graduated cum laude from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia with a degree in Religious Studies. She completed her seminary training in 2004 at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Her first call was to a small rural community in central Illinois. Bethel is her second call.
Pastor Anne is married to Kevin, and they have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. They live in New Berlin.
